We specialise in right-sized engineering — from a single beam certification through to full structural design for a new home. Because the scope is fixed in writing before work starts, there are no surprises on the final invoice.

Is the quote itself free?
Yes. Reviewing your brief and preparing a written fee proposal is free and carries no obligation. You only pay once you accept a proposal.
How long does a proposal take?
Most proposals are issued within one business day of receiving a complete brief. Larger commercial scopes may take slightly longer, and we will always tell you when to expect it.
Do you take on small jobs?
We do. Removing a load-bearing wall, sizing a lintel, certifying a patio structure or inspecting a cracked wall are all everyday work for us.
